Data deletion instructions
Last updated: 29 July 2026
ARIA is an AI assistant that estate agencies use to answer property enquiries on WhatsApp, Instagram and web chat. It is built and run by Juno Labs Limited (RC 9710961), trading as Juno INC (“Juno”, “we”, “us”). If you messaged an agency through ARIA and you want the data from that conversation deleted, this page tells you exactly what to send and what happens next.
If you would rather read the full detail on what we hold and why, that is in our Privacy Policy. This page is the short version, written as instructions.
What we hold about you
If you messaged an agency on Instagram, ARIA holds two things: the account identifier Meta gives us for you, which is scoped to that agency and is not your username, and the content of the conversation. We do not collect your profile name, your username, your profile picture or your follower data, and we make no API calls to fetch them.
If you messaged on WhatsApp, ARIA holds the phone number you messaged from and the content of the conversation. If you sent a voice note, it was transcribed to text and the transcript is stored in the conversation. On web chat, the identifier is a session ID created in your browser.
Alongside the conversation we hold what you told the agency you were looking for, such as an area or a budget, and any name or phone number you volunteered so that they could call you back. Deleting your data removes all of it.
How to ask for deletion
There are two people you can ask, and either one works. The estate agency is the data controller for your conversation. Juno runs the software on their behalf as their data processor. You do not need to know which is which to make a request.
Option 1: ask the agency you messaged
This is usually the fastest route, because the agency can delete the conversation and the lead itself from its ARIA dashboard. Reply in the same chat, or use the phone number or email address on the agency’s own website, and say that you want your data deleted.
Option 2: email Juno directly
Use this if you do not know who the agency was, if they have not replied, or if you would simply rather deal with us.
- Email info@junoinc.org and put Data deletion request in the subject line. The link opens a message with the subject and a checklist already filled in.
- Tell us which agency you messaged. The business name is enough. Without it we cannot tell which of our clients holds your conversation.
- Tell us the phone number or Instagram handle you used, and which channel it was. This is how we find your conversation. We cannot identify you without it.
- Say what you want deleted: the whole conversation and any lead created from it, or just a specific message.
We may ask you to confirm your identity before we act, particularly on a request to delete or export data. That is to stop someone else deleting your conversation or getting a copy of it.
What happens next
We reply to confirm we have your request. If the agency is the controller we pass it to them and help them act on it. Where Juno is the controller, for example an enquiry you sent us through this website, we act on it ourselves. Either way we respond without undue delay and aim to resolve requests within 30 days.
How long deletion takes
Deletion takes effect immediately in the live system. Once it is done, the conversation is gone from the agency’s dashboard and from our database.
We also take daily encrypted backup snapshots of agency data, held off site. Those snapshots cannot be edited, so a deletion cannot reach back into a snapshot that has already been taken. Snapshots expire automatically after 120 days, so your deleted data disappears from the backups as they expire. Backups are only ever used to restore the service after a failure.
Deletion that happens without you asking
- If an agency closes its account with us, we delete or return its data, including buyer conversations and leads, within 90 days of the account closing, unless a law requires us to keep something longer.
- If you filled in an enquiry form on this site and it did not become an account, we delete or anonymise it within 12 months.
If you are not satisfied
Write to info@junoinc.org and say so. You can also complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission at ndpc.gov.ng. Your other rights under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023, including access, correction and objection, are set out in the Privacy Policy.
