Do I need a website?

No. ARIA lives inside WhatsApp and Instagram — where your buyers already are. If you want chat on a website later, the Max plan includes it.

Will this get my WhatsApp number banned?

No. ARIA runs on the official WhatsApp Business API through Meta-approved providers — not the unofficial automation tools that get numbers banned. Your number, fully compliant.

How long does setup take?

Most agencies go live in a few days. Onboarding — normally ₦50,000 but waived for launch clients — covers everything: importing your listings, connecting your channels, and training your team.

Where do my listings come from?

Wherever they are today — a Google Sheet, a CSV export, or nothing at all. If your listings live in someone's head, we'll add them for you during onboarding.

What happens when a buyer wants a human?
